COLIN C. QUINN
ATTORNEY
A member of Applegate, Quinn, & Magee since 1997, Colin has vast experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and tax laws. He has across-the-board expertise in the preparation of Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Limited Liability Companies, Family Limited Partnerships, and Irrevocable Trusts. Colin also assists clients on advanced planning with their retirement assets.
EDUCATION
Colin received a degree in Economics from Providence College. He was awarded his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. Colin then completed his post-graduate work at New York University School of Law and received a Masters of Laws in Taxation.
Colin is an active member of the New Jersey State, Morris County, and Monmouth County Bar Associations, in the tax, probate, estate, and property law sections. Colin is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
PERSONAL
Colin is married and the father of four sons and one daughter. If he ever has free time, he enjoys golf and going to the beach.
BERNARD QUINN
ATTORNEY
Bernard (“Ben”) Quinn has been a member of Applegate, Quinn, & Magee since 1956. He is an acknowledged authority on the subject of wills, trusts, and estates. He has been active in community affairs and has served on many public and private boards and commissions. Ben graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1956. He lives in Florham Park with his wife, Kathryn, and has five grown children with their own families.
CAROL SCHKEEPER
Client Relations Coordinator
Carol serves as Applegate, Quinn & Magee’s Client Relations Coordinator. She joined the staff in 1995, experienced in office administration and client liaison. She serves as primary contact for our clients and plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the law office. Carol has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University. She has three grown children and four grandchildren.
